WHEN I TELL YOU

So when I tell you that I love you;
What I am saying is…

You are the sunshine of the dawn after my darkest nights;
the air my lungs require to breath, I excavate from your every kiss;
the blood flowing through my body, flows to the beat of your heart;

So when I tell you that I love you;
What I am saying is…

The light one seeks in darkness, I find in your eyes;
the desires and needs outwardly sought for personal gratification; have been redirected,
inwards for self-examination for outwards fulfillment of your gratification.

So when I tell you that I love you;
What I am saying is…

The dominion of life’s melody, for me, is your voice;
And I dance.

So when I tell you that I love you;
What I am saying is…

You are the sunshine of the dawn after my darkest nights;
Your laughter is the rays in which I bask, until I become a golden shade of bronze;
Cold and alone no more.

So when I tell you that I love you;
What I am saying is…
I love you.
