Lord, thank you for my family blessed
And your giving in the Eucharist.
In your bosom keep us near
And let us walk free of fear.
Through thy Passion unite to thee
O'Great Almighty Trinity!
Through our pain and our sorrow
Grant to us your strength to follow,
Humbly bowed at thy feet
Your blessing sacraments for us to keep.
In thy mercy let us rise I plea,
Immaculate mother, I pray to thee.
To your Son, our Savior take
This Father's heart do not forsake!
Bless this gift, my family bless
until we meet our final rest.
Reunited eternally
To Jesus Christ, Glory Be!
